The 2013 NCWTS Most Popular Driver Campaign kicked off October 8th and runs through the Series final race at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 15th closing at 11:59 ET. The Red Horse Racing driver, Germán Quiroga, is eligible to receive the award. You may cast your vote via www.NASCAR.com/NCWTSMPD once per 24 hour period.
